On Smackdown this week it was supposed to be Elias vs Chad Gable in the semifinals of the King of The Ring tournament. But on Tuesday afternoon WWE.com reported that Elias would be pulled from the tournament due to a ankle injury. Reports say that this is not a part of any storyline.

 

It does not say who will face Gable or if he will get a free pass to the next round.
